"It’s becoming shockingly rare to reach out to corporate entities for help, and to be met with a human who is willing to talk to you about the issue so they can solve it. Usually everything is either so automated that if you have an odd issue you can never get answers, or you’ll reach call centers that have very little power to do anything other than answer basic questions. This office always has a kind and friendly voice on the other end of the line, including Steve Ray himself, and whatever questions I have will be solved, with other helpful suggestions added just to make my life a little easier! These days, that kind of experience goes a really long way."
